How do I track whether a payment has been made successfully?

You can check the status of your customer’s payments in real time on the PayRex Dashboard with these steps:

  1. Log in to your PayRex account and view your Dashboard: https://dashboard.payrexhq.com.

  2. On the sidebar, select the Payments module. This module displays all of your transactions processed by PayRex.

  3. Successful payments should have a status of PAID.

  4. Click on a payment row to reveal further details on a specific payment. If you cannot find the payment you wish to view, use the search text fields located above the list of payments.
