How do I change my nominated bank account?

You can request to update your existing bank account details by sending an email to [email protected] using the subject ‘Bank Account Change - [Your Business Name]’.

Make sure to provide the applicable information and documents in your email for us to validate your new bank details.

Tips:

  1. Your payout may be on a temporary hold once you notify us of your intent to update your bank information.

  2. We can only verify your new bank details upon validation of all necessary requirements. Please expect our team to reach out with updates or additional clarifications.

  3. Payouts, if any, shall only be released upon completion of the verification process.

Corporation and OPC

A Philippine bank account under the name of the Corporation/OPC must be used.

  1. Please include the following information in your email:

    1. Valid reason for nominating/updating the bank account;

    2. Legal name of the business;

    3. Date of incorporation;

    4. Complete business address;

    5. New bank information (bank name, account name, account number).

  2. Please also submit the following documents:

    1. Latest General Information Sheet with proof of receipt from the SEC;

    2. Notarized Form for Appointment of Officers with proof of receipt from the SEC (for OPCs only);

    3. Notarized Secretary’s Certificate stating the company’s authorized representative/s and the bank account for payouts;

    4. 1 primary or 2 secondary ID/s of the Corporate Secretary;

    5. 1 primary or 2 secondary ID/s of the authorized representative.

  3. If the Corporation amended its name, please submit the following along with Items 1 and 2:

    1. SEC Certificate of Filing of Amended Articles of Incorporation;

    2. Amended Articles of Incorporation.

Partnership

A Philippine bank account under the name of the Partnership must be used.

  1. Please include the following information in your email:

    1. Valid reason for nominating/updating the bank account;

    2. Legal name of the business;

    3. Date of business registration;

    4. Complete business address;

    5. New bank information (bank name, account name, account number).

  2. Please submit the following documents:

    1. Notarized Partnership Resolution signed by all partners;

    2. 1 primary or 2 secondary ID/s of all the partners (submit passport and ACR if a foreign national);

    3. 1 primary or 2 secondary ID/s of the authorized representative on the Resolution.

  3. If the Partnership amended its name, please submit the following along with Items 1 and 2:

    1. SEC Certificate of Amended Articles of Partnership;

    2. Amended Articles of Partnership.

Sole Proprietorship

A Philippine bank account belonging to the registered business or proprietor must be used. We may also accept joint bank accounts wherein one of the owners is the proprietor:

  1. Please include the following information in your email:

    1. Valid reason for nominating/updating the bank account;

    2. Bank account owner's details: (1) Full name, (2) Date of birth, (3) Nationality, and (4) complete residential address;

    3. Registered business details: (1) Legal name of the business, (2) Date of business registration, and (3) complete address of the business;

    4. New bank account information (bank name, account name, account number).

    5. An image of either the passbook, deposit slip, or banking app/website displaying the complete bank account name and account number. Ensure that any other confidential bank account details are excluded.

  2. No additional documents are needed except if the DTI COR and/or the ID of the proprietor has already expired upon our review. We will contact you via your registered email address if this is the case. Otherwise, please monitor the updated bank account status on your Dashboard.

Cooperative

A Philippine bank account under the name of the Cooperative must be used.

  1. Please include the following information in your email:

    1. Valid reason for nominating/updating the account;

    2. Legal name of the cooperative;

    3. Date of cooperative registration;

    4. Complete business address;

    5. New bank information (bank name, account name, account number).

  2. Please also submit the following documents:

    1. Latest Cooperative Annual Progress Report (CAPR);

    2. Notarized Cooperative Secretary’s Certificate stating the company’s authorized representative/s and the bank account for payouts;

    3. 1 primary or 2 secondary ID/s of the Corporate Secretary;

    4. 1 primary or 2 secondary ID/s of the authorized representative.
