How PayRex Payouts Work:
1. Payments take time to clear – When your customer makes a payment, it goes through a clearing process dependent on our payment partners. This process usually takes 4 business days, so you won't receive that specific payment immediately after your customer completes the payment.
Notes:
Business days: Weekdays from 12:00:00 AM to 4:59:59 PM. The payments you receive from 5:00:00 PM to 11:59:59 PM will be counted as next business day transactions.
Non-business days: The payments made from 5:00:00 PM on a Friday, or any time on a Saturday/Sunday/holiday will be counted as next business day transactions.
2 . Payouts are sent daily – We generate a payout for you every business day. However, the payout only includes payments fully cleared from previous days.
Example:
A customer pays you on Monday.
That payment clears by Friday (4 business days later).
You will receive that payment in your payout on Friday.
Note: If a clearing day falls on a weekend or a holiday, the clearing day will move to the next business day.
3. Ongoing cycle – Since payouts are generated daily, you'll continuously receive cleared payments from transactions that happened 4 business days ago.
